About this Event
Every Friday night in our VIRTUAL ZOOM HAPPINESS CENTRE we will be hosting a special evening where you can connect with like-minded people, sing and chant, meditate and commune.
We will also be teaching you a special breathing technique from our signature practice SKY (Sudarshan Kriya) followed by a guided meditation. Finally, we will share ancient knowledge that will act as a gem for you to reflect on and integrate into your daily life.

7:50 – 8:15 - Guided Meditation
8:15 – 8:20 – Knowledge
8:20 – 8:30 - Gratitude and sharing of experience
