What are KindaListening Experience Circles?
The KindaListening Experience Circle is a structured 90 minute session (starts promptly at 1.15pm so please arrive at 1pm to feel comfortable and ready to begin).Spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure equal sharing. The practice is focused on the theme of self care and includes the three learnable habits:
Listening with a quiet mind (taking turns to listen carefully to each other and ourselves with full attention) - Listening
Asking questions that matter (asking important questions) - Connection
Appreciating from the heart (appreciating each other) - Cultivation of care for self and others
Participants are guided by a facilitator through a structured process of timed practice rounds for sharing out loud and listening in the shared group and in pairs.

Registering requires your agreemnt to the Wellbeing Statement below:
Listening and sharing in a Kind Listening Circle may touch on our vulnerabilities. This can be very supportive and healing, and it can also be challenging. We invite you to share only what feels comfortable to share - for you and others in the group - and to not to push yourself too far emotionally. If you are holding very heavy issues or trauma we encourage you to make contact with dedicated mental health support. It’s important for you to know that a Kind Listening Circle is not therapy and the facilitators are not acting as therapists in holding the space. By reading this statement and registering, you confirm you understand your own responsibility for your mental and emotional health when joining us.
