This online webinar is designed to teach group or venue managers the main features of Typsy. You will need to be a CUB venue and a Typsy user with manager account access to participate in this session. In this 45-minute, interactive webinar you will be walked through features of the site. The key topics to be covered include:

  • Where and how to access your CUB learning content
  • Adding and managing members into your Typsy account including bulk uploads
  • Assigning out CUB Badges
  • Viewing and understanding your reports

Your Customer Success expert will also go over best practices and client success stories for each of these features. You will walk away equipped to use Typsy to the fullest, as well as having the confidence to blend online learning with Typsy into your current learning and development plan.

During the tour of the platform, there will also be time for live Q&A about the system. All of your questions will be answered live and you will be given resources to explore the system further.

How it works

Register

You will need to be a CUB venue and a Typsy user with manager account access to the system, to attend this webinar - and it is free of charge. If you are not a Typsy member, register your business here! Use the button at the top right hand side of this page to secure your place in our webinar. You’ll be sent a confirmation email with a link to your session.

The webinar is interactive and may have participants from different regions from around Australia joining – for this reason the session is not recorded. If you are unable to make the webinar, let us know, and please book in for another session. We wuld love to have you join us.

What’s next?

The webinar will be hosted on the video communication platform Zoom. Simply install Zoom (it’s free) and ensure that when you join each webinar you have a webcam and microphone setup and ready before the start time. Don’t have a webcam? You can always join via your mobile device (including camera).
