We, as entrepreneurs, are the rare type of people who are willing to sacrifice sleep, sanity, and savings to grow an idea, because that's just how we are wired. On any regular day, our success depends on how well we can adapt to uncertainty and to make the best of it. This is even more so, with the dramatic and sudden changes the world has been experiencing since the start of this year, such as COVID-19.

According to research conducted by the University of California in 2015, 49% of entrepreneurs surveyed suffer from at least one mental illness (e.g. depression, anxiety, addiction...), as compared to 32% for the general population. As a group that's much more prone to mental illness, in a world changing faster than ever. We urgently need to take actions protecting our most valuable asset, that is, good health, both mentally and physically. 

How can we do that? The answer is not to work harder, but to work smarter, by making time investment in activities that restore the balance of our well-being. Yoga is one of the best options. An ancient philosophy and way of living passed down through centuries, the benefits of regularly practicing Yoga go beyond relaxation and recalibration of the mind and body, it also helps us to tap in our unconscious mind which holds our deepest creativity and much more inner resources.
