Program Outline

Week 1: The Neuroscience of Resilience

Gain an introduction to the concept of resilience and how engaging with the Five Practices impacts safe work practice.

Week 2: Creating a Culture of Wellbeing and Resilience

Developing strategies to build trust and maintain psychological safety in the workplace.

Week 3: Navigating Change, Challenge and Adversity

Discover practical skills and strategies for supporting your team through change, challenge and adversity.
