We recognise our community are looking for new ways to stay active during this difficult time. To help, we have launched Kingston Active at Home, a series of free online workouts guided by our much-loved trainers using minimal or no equipment.
We hope that being able to stay physically active in your home will support you through this time.
• 8am – Strength with Dani
• 9.30am – Strength & Stretch with Kris
• 8am – HIIT with Holly
• 5pm – Yoga with Sue
• 9.30am – Strength & Stretch with Mel
• 11am – Pilates with Athena
• 8am – HIIT with Dani
• 5pm – Yoga with Marie
• 8am – BodyPump with Holly
• 8.30am – Spin with Kris
All classes will run for 30-45 minutes.
