Join us for a virtual stretch and release session to slow the mind and release any tension that may have built up in your body. You will be guided through a series of simple stretch exercises that will loosen your joints and melt the tension away.

Benefits include:

  • Better range of motion,
  • Improved posture.

Suitable for beginners through to advanced - no prior experience required.

In preparation for your virtual movement class:

Ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing/activewear.

Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session. Ensure you have enough space to move freely without bumping into anything (eg a 2m x 2m space) on a flat stable surface would be ideal.

To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend using an exercise mat or towel for you to use throughout your workout.

Ensure you have a water bottle close by to keep yourself hydrated.

Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.

Turn your mobile phone on silent.

Ensure that you let your practitioner know if you have any injuries/ailments or are pre/post-natal so that they can make adjustments to support you.
