About this Event

Join us on Saturday November 7th when we screen the finalists and announce the winners of the Wild by Nature Short Film Festival!

The festival will take place over two online screening events:

3 pm – 4:30 pm three finalists from the Pobblebonk (primary) and the Swamp Skink (secondary) Divisions will be screened, with awesome prizes awarded to the winning entrants from both age divisions.

7 pm – 8 pm three finalists from the Black Swan Division (adults) will be screened, with a prize being awarded to the winning entrant.

Join us for one or both of our screening events to discover why Victorians love and care for their local environments, watch short films from emerging filmmakers from across the state and hear stories about nature from Remember The Wild, Living Links, and others.

This event is free but donations are welcome. Any donations from Wild By Nature will be used to create a short film about Greater Dandenong Environment Group, Friends of the Dandenong Valley Parklands and First Friends of Dandenong Creek. We want to highlight the incredible work these community groups do for the Dandenong Creek and help them promote their wonderful organisations.
