Drumming with Jess
Join Jess for some drumming fun!
All you need to participate is a drum or household object such as a bucket, a pot, or the kitchen bench...anything that can make a sound.
Each class will include some warm-ups, basic information about the drums, learning a traditional West African rhythm and eventually have a go at a drum solo and some dancing! There are many benefits of drumming: improves overall well-being, state of mind and attitude, releases negativity and most of all brings people together.
