Come along and meet Vanessa your teacher and discover how easy it is to learn the 1 Giant Mind meditation technique in 3 simple sessions. You can then sign up for a course and experience the profound benefits of a daily meditation practice.

Note: there will be no meditating during the Intro Talk. It is simply an introduction to this meditation technique, giving you deeper understanding of how the 3 day course is run. Simply register your interest for this Intro Talk and I will email you the ZOOM link the day before.

You do not have to attend an intro talk to register for the 3 day course - if you want to learn right away, you can simply sign up for a course without having to attend this talk.
