Read the Signs

Lifeline Macarthur is proud to offer a free ‘Read the Signs’ course to raise men’s awareness on stress, depression, suicide prevention, help seeking and self-care.

In Australia, 3 out of every 4 suicides are by men. Not only is there a need for greater understanding of factors influencing male suicide but, if it is to be adequately addressed, all of us must become part of the solution- watchful and preventative ‘eyes and ears’ in our communities.
