About this Event




What can you expect from an evening with A Mindful Mind?

Sessions are held over Zoom for 30 minutes. We begin with a gentle stretching sequence before moving into a meditation guided by myself (Vivienne). The session ends with a moment of gratitude (personal reflection, not required to share with the group).

I recommend setting up in a quiet space with enough room to lie down in and stretch your arms out wide. Feel free to put on some candles or relaxing music and have a few pillows/cushions and a blanket close by.

*** Additional important booking information***

  • Bookings close 1 hour before the start time
  • A zoom link will be emailed to you 1hr before the start time.
  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking ahead of time through Eventbrite.
  • Sessions start on time, so please commence logging in a few mintues before the start time.
  • You are welcome to have your video switched off during the session.
  • All participants will be on mute throughout the session to reduce background noise.
  • Relax and enjoy yourself!
