Our three hour introduction to Maritime Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workshop will introduce participants to DEI concepts as they apply to the maritime workplace.
The content delivered will increase knowledge and understanding of DEI definitions and concepts, their value in workplaces and practical application in the maritime sector.
The workshop also includes information, tools and resources to prevent maritime workplace sexual harassment, sex discrimination and victimisation', including bystander intervention.
