Deep Dive and Do Day - Customers and Clients

Do you know who your customers/clients are? Are they who you want to be working with or selling to? Do you truly understand them?

Lots of people will talk about an 'ideal client avatar', but in this Deep Dive and Do Day, we will use a different model to go into greater detail about the ecosystem of customers/clients around you, and you will then get the opportunity to review your existing customer/client base, and figure out ways to better connect with them

You'll get:

1. A clear understanding of what is a Customer, a Client, and a Beneficiary (and how they are different)
2. A targeting workbook to help you document who 'your people' are
3. Support to actually get the work done in-session, so you can walk away with relief and clarity

I'll be there to assist you, and you'll be able to vibe with other folks who are there for the same reason as you - to get clear about who you are selling to, and who is receiving the benefit of your work.
