An introduction to the Principles, Beliefs and Values that are part of a Restorative approach to resolving conflict. This workshop helps school and community staff investigate beliefs and current research to support restorative approaches. Also to develop skills to support the development of conflict competence skills. Participants learn Connect before Correct and Restorative Chat - strategies that every educator can use to assist students to become relational problem solvers.
