Cultural Capability Training - South

Our training focusses on the knowledge and skills required to effectively communicate with and work alongside people from diverse backgrounds.

Training materials and exercises are built from evidence-based research as well as practical experience working alongside people with lived experience of different cultures and migration pathways.

Our training is engaging, interactive and experiential, and recognises that cultural competency is an ongoing process.

Remaining 2026 Dates:

  • Tuesday 4th August | 10am-1pm

  • Tuesday 6th October | 10pm-1am

  • + OPTIONAL AD ON: We recommend the comprehensive training toolkit with the addition of our Working with Interpreters training

    We offer a bundle package for both sessions in the same day.

  • Working With Interpreters Training 1.30pm-3pm
    Working with Interpreters Training will teach effective use of interpreters, improve communication with non-English speakers and best practice and guidelines.
