The Connections Network brings Room and Team Leaders together to build connections, share everyday experiences, and learn alongside peers. The network offers practical tools, relevant supports, and guided conversations to help leaders unpack day‑to‑day challenges, strengthen team practice, and support educators in their roles. It provides a collaborative space to reflect on practice, share strategies, and co‑design practical solutions that can be applied directly within rooms and teams. The network supports confidence, capability, and connection while strengthening leadership practice across services.

Room Leaders, Team Leaders, Lead Educators, and Educators in leadership or coordination roles.
