The Tassie Ham-E-Con Amateur Radio Conference happens over the weekend of 7/8th November 2026 at the Sir Stanley Burbury Theatre on the University of Tasmania Sandy Bay Campus.
The theme of the conference is Hack the Ether: Education, Ingenuity, Connection and is split into four sections:
Hack the Mind – Education and Learning Futures
Hack the System – Ingenuity and Experimentation
Hack the Culture – Engagement and Connection
Hack the Future – Leadership and Purpose
We have speakers from all over the world and Australia presenting. We have fantastic sponsors and raffle prizes and this is a fully catered event.
