Kelp & Casks is a limited run of five cocktail-style events showcasing a rotating lineup of standout distillers paired with fresh Tasmanian seafood from Mures Kelp Bar. Collaborations include Battery Point Distillery, Hunnington Distillery, Old Kempton Distillery, Heartwood Distillery and Waubs Harbour Distillery, each bringing their own distinctive character and craft to the table.

This series celebrates a shared love of exceptional Tasmanian flavour, pairing locally crafted whisky with a menu highlighting the best of our land and sea. Think smooth, expressive drams matched with fresh hook-to-plate catch and seasonal bites from Kelp Bar's Executive Chef.
