There comes a point where your mind feels full, your shoulders feel heavy, and you've been caring for everyone else for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly pause.

This evening is an invitation to step away from the noise and into a space of calm.

Together, we'll gently slow down through guided meditation, allowing the busy mind to soften and the body to exhale. You'll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, where crystal singing bowls and other beautiful instruments create a deeply relaxing experience that many describe as calming, grounding and unexpectedly moving.

You don't need any experience with meditation or sound healing. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to get right, and no expectations placed upon you. Simply come as you are.

Each retreat is intentionally kept intimate, creating a warm and welcoming space to rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself. Many women leave feeling lighter, clearer and more deeply at peace… though the experience is often difficult to put into words.

Perhaps that's because some things can only be felt.

If you've been longing for a moment to breathe, to soften, and to remember yourself again, this evening may be exactly what your heart has been quietly asking for.

✨ Please bring a, pillow, blanket, your favourite mug, a journal, pen and anything else that will help you feel cosy and comfortable.

✨ A nourishing warm dring and a nurturing, candlelit atmosphere await.

Your only job for the evening is to arrive… and allow yourself to be held.
