Code of Conduct:

This Code of Conduct establishes the standards that all members of ASSOCOLTAS must follow to maintain a respectful, ethical, and inclusive environment.

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all association-related activities.

  • Treat others with respect, dignity, and fairness

  • Support the mission and goals of the association

  • Follow any current and future rules, policies, and decisions of the association

  • Be respectful and constructive in discussions and meetings, and refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior

  • The association has a zero-tolerance policy for: harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, and any form of verbal, physical, or online abuse

  • Any breaches of the Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the Association’s committee. Disciplinary actions may include a warning, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the violation

  • Make payment of the membership annual fee by the end of the second month of the financial year (31 August of every year).

The committee reserves the right to update this code as needed.
