Lark Whisky Tasting and After-Hours Antarctic Stories
Begin the evening with a guided Lark whisky tasting before stepping inside Antarctica’s heroic age after hours.
Guests will meet at Lark Distillery for a guided tasting of Lark whisky, presented in collaboration with Lark Distillery.
Following the tasting, the group will make the short walk to the Mawson’s Huts Replica Museum for an intimate after-hours storytelling experience. Inside the huts, guests will explore the Australasian Antarctic Expedition of 1911–1914, daily life in Antarctica and the human stories behind one of the most remarkable chapters in polar exploration.
A shared charcuterie board will be served at the Mawson’s Huts Replica Museum during the storytelling experience.
*The Thursday session will also feature a special talk by Bill Lark, founder of Lark Distillery.
This is not a standard whisky tasting or museum visit. It is an immersive and personal experience intentionally limited to a small group.
