Advanced Financial Management Training for Non-profit Organisations
Strong financial management is about more than understanding financial reports. For board and committee members, CEOs and managers, it means being able to use financial information to assess performance, identify emerging risks and make informed decisions that support the organisation's long-term sustainability.
Designed for those who already have a working understanding of non-profit finances, this practical workshop builds on the foundations of financial literacy and takes participants further into financial analysis, forecasting, risk management and strategic financial decision-making.
Participants will explore how to look beyond the figures presented in financial reports, identify trends and warning signs, challenge assumptions and ask the right questions of management. The workshop will also examine how financial strategy, funding, reserves, cash flow and organisational priorities work together to support a financially sustainable organisation.
