🎷 An Evening of Live Jazz with The Urshula Leung Quartet

We would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us for our next Jazz Night at The Timeless Way, featuring The Urshula Leung Quartet on Friday 4 September.

We are delighted to welcome Hobart-based vocalist and singer-songwriter Urshula Leung, accompanied by her quartet, for a special evening of live jazz.

Urshula is an experienced and versatile performer whose musical style brings together influences from jazz, soul, blues, folk and contemporary music. Her performances combine expressive vocals, soulful grooves and storytelling, creating a distinctive sound that moves naturally between sophisticated jazz and contemporary favourites.

With more than a decade of performance experience, Urshula has performed across a variety of musical settings, including intimate ensembles, jazz groups and original music projects. Her original work also includes the jazz EP Dream Weaver, reflecting her interest in blending jazz traditions with contemporary musical influences.

For this special Jazz Night, The Urshula Leung Quartet will bring the warmth and personality of live vocals together with the musical interaction, creativity and improvisation of a four-piece jazz ensemble.

About the Music

The evening will feature a rich selection of jazz and jazz-influenced music, with Urshula’s style drawing inspiration from jazz, soul, blues, folk and contemporary repertoire.

Audiences can expect expressive vocals, soulful grooves, creative arrangements and the spontaneity that makes live jazz so special.

From quieter and more intimate musical moments to lively ensemble performances, the quartet will create a varied evening of music to be enjoyed alongside great food, wine and good company.

Dinner Orders Taken: 6:30pm – 7:00pm

First Set: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Intermission: 8:00pm – 8:30pm

Second Set: 8:30pm – 9:30pm

Seats are limited and advance bookings are highly recommended.

We may need to cancel the event should unforeseen circumstances arise.
