Brady Clements, Business Manager at Emerge Business Solutions. Close to twenty years across IT and telecommunications, most of it spent sitting with Tasmanian business owners working out what their technology needs to look like as they grow. His approach is educate first. The owner carries the risk, not the IT person, so the job is making sure you understand the decision before you make it. 

Emerge Business Solutions provides managed IT, cyber security, managed print and the communication tools that keep a business connected, mobile, telephone and internet.

Malcolm Penglase is a Partner and Director of GDA Financial Services and has been practising as a licensed financial planner since 2004.

With extensive experience in superannuation, personal insurance, and retirement planning, Malcolm takes the time to understand you as a person, your financial position, goals, and investment comfort level. This enables him to develop thoughtful, meaningful, and tailored financial strategies designed to help you achieve your objectives.

As your circumstances change over time, Malcolm works with you to review and adapt your financial plan, ensuring it continues to meet your evolving needs and goals.

Richard Chalmers is the owner of 42 Digital, a digital marketing agency helping businesses grow their online presence and reach the right customers.

With a focus on practical, results-driven strategy, Richard has spent 18 years working closely with clients to build sustainable, long-term growth through search, content, and digital marketing.

He is passionate about demystifying SEO and sharing what actually moves the needle for businesses navigating an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Michael Preece initially honed his sales & marketing skills as a professional wedding/portrait photographer. Over 20 years the business diversified into commercial and event photography plus professional photo lab processing and even a modelling & deportment school.

Since 2001 Michael has worked in sales, client engagement and business management roles with office equipment suppliers, telecommunications, tourism and business services entities.

For the last 10 years Michael has owned BNAA a specialist business networking organisation for medium to small business owners plus client engagement/sales staff. BNAA teaches and supports improved word of mouth marketing with sustained referral growth. BNAA currently has 8 groups state-wide with around 130 member businesses.
